Off SoHo Suites Hotel

The staff is super helpful. Gabriel, at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Size of room ok and it was clean. Bed was comfortable and wifi in room was ok which we did not expect. Close to subway and Little Italy. We were travelling with kids and coming back late at night..area not so nice, but we felt safe.

I used to live in this wonderful neighborhood before I moved to Spain, so it already felt like home when we arrived. But as soon as we met Gabe, it felt like I had a new friend. And by the time we left, he was like family. So nice, welcoming and helpful. He was a big part of the overall excellent experience. And the suite was fantastic, plenty of room, comfy beds, huge bathroom, full kitchen. Warm water that never runs out. So close to restaurants, bars and shops that we love. Little Italy, Chinatown, etc in close walking distance. We liked it so much, we'll be staying there again 2 nights before we return to Spain. Thank you Gabe!!!! The staff were quite responsive and nice. It was very warm, which is quite a lot to ask for in NYC in winter after visiting other hotels (perhaps even too warm when going to bed). Good location, subway, Chinatown and Little Italy are practically at the doorstep.

Everything was perfect about this stay: there was plenty of space for 4 persons, clean, warm - apartment was cleaned and towels were changed daily, staff was welcoming. Kitchen is well equipped for a cozy breakfast - stove, toster, fridge, microwave, even oven. And location is superb to explore NYC on foot or by metro.

Great location, clean and well appointed apartment. Quiet property with very good facilities. I slept on sofa beds at five different properties in major cities across the US, including this one and my Off SoHo Suites bed was the most comfortable of the five, despite the property being the oldest of the five.
